This policy is part of our Terms of Service and lays out what you can't do with Cortexly (https://cortexly.cloud), operated by FINDEREKA UAB. Because your crews act on their own once dispatched, you're accountable for everything they generate and every action they take on connected services.
Off limits
Don't use Cortexly — or point your agents at anything — to:
● break the law or help others do so;
● produce material that sexualises or exploits minors (this is reported to the authorities, no exceptions);
● promote or enable violence, terrorism, self-harm or serious harm to people;
● harass or threaten anyone, or push hate speech and discrimination;
● run fraud, scams or phishing, or impersonate people or organisations;
● build malware or exploits, or send agents to break into, scrape without permission, disrupt or overload any system, network or account;
● blast spam or bulk unsolicited messages through connectors like Slack, Telegram, webhooks or HTTP;
● infringe intellectual property or mishandle other people's personal data;
● use keys, credentials or third-party accounts you aren't entitled to;
● dodge token metering, the reserve/release logic, rate limits or security controls, or share an account to get around limits;
● wire agent output into safety-critical or otherwise high-risk systems without proper human review, testing and legal sign-off.
Running crews responsibly
Give each agent only the access its step actually needs, check output before you act on it, and don't assume generated content or actions are correct or secure. Where the law or a platform expects it, make clear that content is AI-generated, and respect the terms of every model and service your runs touch.
How we enforce this
If these rules are broken we may pull content, limit features, revoke API keys, or suspend or close the account — with or without notice — and report serious cases to the authorities. We can review activity to keep the Service running and secure, but we're under no duty to monitor it.
